NUPACE students who are going to complete the programme at the end of this semester are required to attend a Pre-departure Orientation.
The session will include important information about administrative and other miscellaneous procedures that need to be completed prior to leaving Nagoya University.

c. JASSO Questionnaire (Mandatory for JASSO Recipients)
The link to the JASSO Questionnaire will be sent via email by the SED Office later.
- Academic Transcripts
Two electronic copies of transcripts will be issued and sent by e-mail. One copy will be sent to students' home universities in mid-March, and the other to students directly, along with their certificates of completion, in late March.
If you need your academic transcripts earlier than the above period, please inform the SED Office (nupacedesk@t.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp) that you require early transcript delivery.
- Dormitory Moving-out Procedure
All students living in university housing are required to submit a "Notification of Departure Form" to their residence office fourteen days prior to moving-out.
Please note that residents must pay monthly rent in full, even if residing in university accommodation for only one day of a particular month.
Rent cannot be calculated on a per day basis.
