Pre-session Orientation
On this page, you will find information of the events that will take place during the orientation period, as well as documents that you required to submit. Read the information carefully and if you have any questions, please contact the NUPACE office.
1. Orientation Week
New students are required to attend all mandatory orientations.
① General Schedule: Spring 2023 Semester Overall Schedule
② Orientation Materials: Orientation materials, course information and registration instructions will be provided via email in late March.

- Students are required to download all materials in advance.
- Make sure to bring your own laptop, tablet, smart phone to the Introductory and Academic Orientation to browse the materials.
2. Document Submission
① ‘Pledge of Compliance with Nagoya University Information Security Policy’
Carefully read the Nagoya University’s Security and Policies Guidelines, sign the pledge and upload it to the link below. Include your name in the file name.

② ‘Letter of Consent for Personal Information’
Carefully read the document on how Nagoya University manages international students’ personal information, sign the Letter of Consent and upload it to the link below. Include your name in the file name.
